This eGift Card will be activated for use 24hrs after purchase. This eGift Card will expire on the date indicated or until a $0 balance is reached, whichever occurs first. Only valid for use at EVENT, The Embassy or Rialto (Auckland & Dunedin) Cinemas & online. eGift Cards can be used for admission, or food & beverage items available from the cinema, or online at eventcinemas.co.nz. Booking fees apply for online cinema bookings. Do not share or disclose the barcode or PIN details to ensure your eGift Card remains secure. We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen eGift Cards. No refunds, other than those required by law, will be given after the date of purchase.  Design choice for your eGift Card is subject to availability and may change without prior notice. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded with any additional dollar value & the validity date cannot be extended. Any balance remaining on the eGift Card after expiry date will not be available for use or change. If your purchase is more than the current credit amount available on your eGift Card, you can make up the full amount with another type of tender accepted in our cinemas. eGift Cards & any amount standing in credit on the eGift Card cannot be redeemed wholly or partially for cash & no cash advances can be made at any time, regardless of whether there have been one or more transactions on the eGift Card. The balances of several eGift Cards cannot be consolidated onto a new card. eGift Cards cannot be used for any Voucher, Gift Card or merchandise purchase through giftshop.eventcinemas.co.nz, eventcinemas.co.nz, mycorporate.eventcinemas.co.nz or at cinema box offices. Event Gift Shop assumes no responsibility where incorrect recipient and/or delivery information is provided during the checkout process. eGift Cards will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way, or if the eGift Card barcode is illegible. This eGift Card cannot be sold or exchanged without the prior written permission of the EVENT Cinemas LTD (EVENT). Any use of the company name, images or logos must have the prior written consent of EVENT. EVENT may subject eGift Cards to verification and security checks in its absolute discretion. EVENT reserves the right to cancel any eGift Card, or the eGift Card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances EVENT may either provide a refund or a replacement of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to a eGift Card. Valid for use in New Zealand only.
